Supplies To Succeed

Every day, Crayons to Classrooms is giving students and teachers the supplies they need to succeed. We welcome community donations of new school and office supplies at our store between 8am – 4pm, Monday through Friday. Let us know when you are coming to drop off your donation by calling Dave Hargrove, Operations Manager, at (937) 528-6424.

School Supply Drives

Many educators in the Dayton area spend hundreds of dollars a year of their already limited salaries to provide the necessary supplies for their students and classrooms. We encourage you to conduct a supply drive anytime throughout the year to help replenish our store and remove this financial burden from local teachers. We currently seek business, organization, individual, or community sponsors from the following areas:

  • Workplace Campaigns
  • Retail Partners
  • Non-profit Agency Partners
  • Sporting Events or Sports Teams
  • Community Groups
  • Places of Worship
  • Office Buildings

Crayons to Classrooms will provide a “Tool Kit” of promotional materials to help facilitate a school supply drive.

"Students are able to gain a more equitable education because they have access to supplies that they may not otherwise have access to. We can do projects and have a decorated classroom. They can worry about their work instead of tracking down pencils and notebooks. This is such a blessing to classrooms and we are appreciative of the support this program provides."
